How to Use Multiple LabSat Realtime Units for SatGen 4 Simulation at the Same Time

With the release of version 4.1 of the SatGen 4 software, you can now connect multiple LabSat Realtime units to your computer and open a SatGen 4 window for each unit. This will give you the ability to stream a different Realtime simulation to each connected Realtime unit simultaneously.

To achieve this you must first connect the Realtime units you want to use. 

1. Open SatGen 4
2. Import or create the scenario you want to use for the first simulation.
3. Click on the Create tab 
4. Select LabSat Realtime as your Format
5. Select the Mode you want to use
6. Select the Serial Number of the unit you want to stream the current scenario from
7. Select the Reference Clock you want to use
8. Configure the Signals, Quantisation and Signal to noise ratio
9. Click on the Simulate button  
10. Open a second instance of SatGen 4
11. Repeat steps 2-9

Continue to configure simulation scenarios and connecting to LabSat Realtime units as described above until you have completed your setup.
