The firmware upgrade will not run on LabSat 2.

If the upgrade does not start automatically, you can use the following troubleshooting steps:

1. Power-cycle your unit and start the installation process again. If it still doesn't start the upgrade, go to step 2. 
2. Check that the Upgrader.exe file is downloaded on your PC.

   If the file is downloaded on your PC, but you're still having issues, download the upgrade files again and start the upgrade process from the beginning. If the file is not downloaded on your PC, download the upgrade files again and start the upgrade process from the beginning.

3. If you still cannot get the upgrade file to install, contact support.
