Check if a Customer Exists on Unity

  • Click on the Sales menu.
  • Select Customers.
  • Click on the Customers tab.
  • Start typing the Company name in the Company box.
IMPORTANT: Check the Post Code, Country, VAT number (if known) to find the correct Customer Account.
  • Click on the Company name to view the full address if required.
IMPORTANT: If the Customer is not found, follow the process to Create a new Customer Account.
