Why is my input module not recognised by the VBOX?

If an input module is not recognised in VBOX Setup by the VBOX:

  • Check that the cable is connected in to the correct socket on the VBOX and on the input module.
  • Check the CAN mode of the input module is set to Racelogic mode (0) and not in a standalone mode.
  • If using a VBOX 3i Single Antenna. Dual Antenna or Dual Antenna RTK, you must make sure that the RL CAN port is associated with the socket to you are connecting your modules to. You can find this information in the CAN tab in VBOX Setup.
