Unexpected Error – Performance Box Touch

If Performance Box Touch shows the following on-screen message, an unrecoverable error has occurred in the unit.
 

Disconnecting and reconnecting the power supply to the unit should get the Performance Box Touch unit working again.

To help Racelogic ascertain what caused the problem, please follow the steps below:

1. Make a note of the actions performed (mode, settings change, etc) before the error screen appeared.
2. Take a picture of the QR code on the error screen.
3. Send the information to Racelogic for analysis.
