MFD Touch Firmware Features - v1.5
Version 1.5 of the MFD Touch firmware, which was released in July 2023, brings both changes and additional compatibility to these units.
Many of the changes have been made as a direct result of customer feedback requesting new features. Some changes have been made to fix bugs and other issues found during testing.
Racelogic strongly recommend that all users upgrade to the latest firmware release to take advantage of the new features and benefit from the improved stability.
Note: The MFD Touch display only shows data from the VBOX 3i, VBOX 3iS and 100 Hz Speed Sensor range.
New Features

Added Lap Timing testing.
The units are now able to perform circuit or point-to-point tests, with time at and speed at results given for up to 6 separate split gates. -
Added the test type VMAX acceleration.

Added thermal printer compatibility.
Test results will automatically print when an RLVBACS026 is connected. -
Added support for use with VBOX 3i ADAS.
Changes

The Kalman Filter status indicator has been updated to match the behaviour on the VBOX 3i front panel.

IMU Kalman Filter status reports have been increased to improve troubleshooting.
Fixes

The text colour is no longer reset when you change the selected parameter.

Acceleration and Deceleration tests no longer abort when you are using IMU Kalman Filter and satellite reception is lost.

Removed stability issues caused by autosave file being blank.
