My CAN Hub Does Not Have the Expected Features

This page will explain why the CAN Hub firmware versions work the way they work with different VBOX 3i versions.

After updating the firmware on the CAN Hub to version 2.0.7, it still works the same as before. Why do you not have the latest features from the new version?

Version 2.0.7 of the CAN Hub firmware only works with version 3 of the VBOX 3i firmware. To take advantage of these features, you will need to have a compatible VBOX 3i unit and to make sure that you have updated the firmware to version 3 or later.

You can still use a CAN Hub with firmware version 2.0.7 with a VBOX 3i unit with an earlier firmware version than 3.0. It will, however, revert back to the functionality of the CAN Hub firmware version 1.7 due to restrictions in the VBOX 3i firmware.
