02 - How to Mount Steering Wheel Sensor
Step 1Turn the steering wheel to the original position. |
Step 2Loosen the screws and remove the clamp collars.

Step 3Measure the inner diameter of the steering wheel rim, loosen the clamp screws on the lower side of the supporting plate slightly and adjust the clamp as required. |
Step 4Loosen the screws on the side so that the three clamp collars can be attached to the steering wheel rim of your car.

Step 5Insert the supporting plate into the steering wheel until the threaded studs fit the steering-wheel rim. This allows easy access to the turn screws. |
Step 6Tighten up the screws on the side so that the three clamp collars are all close to the inner and outer side of the steering-wheel rim.

Step 7Install the single-point suction holder on the front windshield. |
Step 8Screw the guide rod of the single-point suction holder into the threaded hole of sensor.

Step 9Tighten the Cardan joint.
|
Step 10Turn the steering wheel 360º and observe if there is any movement between the guide rod and the linear bearing. If so, adjust the three screws on the side to center the sensor. |
