VBOX Touch Unexpected Error
If your VBOX Touch shows the following on-screen message, an unrecoverable error has occurred within the unit.
Removing and reapplying power to the unit should get the VBOX Touch unit working again.
To help Racelogic ascertain what caused the problem, please follow the steps below:
- Make a note of the performed actions (mode, settings change, etc) before the error screen was presented.
- Take a picture of the QR code on the error screen.
- Send these to Racelogic for analysis.
